Lilac punch:

  • 60 ml of rum
  • 30 ml of lilac syrup
  • 60 ml of pineapple juice
  • 30 ml of lemon juice
  • 15 ml of grenadine (pomegranate syrup)
  • ice

Crush ice in a shaker, add rum, lilac syrup, pineapple juice, lemon juice and grenadine. Shake the shaker and strain the drink into a glass with ice. Garnish with a piece of pineapple or an elderflower.
