Lilac soda:
- 45 ml of vodka or gin
- 30 ml of Elderflower Syrup
- sparkling water
- ice
Pour vodka or gin into a glass with ice, add lilac syrup and fill the glass with sparkling water. Mix well and garnish with a lime slice or an elderflower.
