Bellini Lilac:
- 60 ml of prosecco or other champagne
- 30 ml of Elderflower Syrup
- 60 ml of peach puree or juice
- ice
Pour lilac syrup and peach puree or juice into a champagne glass. Add champagne and mix well. Decorate with a piece of peach or a few elderberries.
