Herbal Mountain honey
1. Location of collection
The honey is collected at an apiary located in the Skolivskyi Beskydy Mountains of the Carpathians on the territory of the Organic Garden of Lokhina.
At an altitude of more than 500 meters above sea level. The territory of the field
(it is 40 hectares) documented organic and eco standards.
2. Collection period
The first drops of nectar that appeared in the cells of the Beehive began with the flowering of the Willow, increased in number during the first flowering period, and we already saw full cells when the wild cherry, dandelion, hawthorn, and yarrow blossomed. It was during the period of the end of the flowering of hawthorn and viburnum and the beginning of the flowering of Lokhina that we collected this type of honey, all according to the flowering phases of Carpathian nature. To separate the taste of the Carpathian spring from the following varieties, which are Lokhina, Hirska Voloshka, wild Chicory, and Clover!
3. Color
The amber color of this variety indicates the rich floral spectrum of the nectar. During the period of crystallization, the color of honey will become snow-white. White is the color of the spring bee trend. More than half of the flowers are white in the spring, even the bees produce a snow-white beeswax in the spring to store the collected spring honey.
3. Aroma
Flowers, gardens, a little plum and wild cherry, and a lot of primrose, dandelion, and hawthorn, all this is felt after opening a jar of honey. The aroma is delicate, and floral, filling the lungs with a fresh honey aroma. Very very floral scent!
4. Taste
The taste is sweet and very delicate, unlike our other varieties. The whole bouquet of flowers is revealed in the aftertaste. Gentle, easy to perceive, refreshing, like the whole Ukrainian Carpathian spring.
5. Advantages
