Rules for returning goods of appropriate quality
A product of proper quality is a product without defects, with complete packaging, which for some reason did not suit you.

According to the Resolution of the CMU of March 19, 1994 No. 172, food and beverages, if they are of the appropriate quality, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Other good quality products available on our site, namely accessories, can be returned or exchanged.

The return or exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out if it has not been used, its commercial form and consumer properties have been preserved. In the event that the product of proper quality has been subjected to mechanical influences, exchange or return is not carried out.

The procedure for exchanging good quality goods

The buyer has the right to issue a product exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

The exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 7 days from the client's request, provided that a similar product is available for replacement. In the absence of a similar product for replacement, the customer has the right to purchase another available product with a recalculation of the cost, to exchange the product for a similar one when the corresponding product first goes on sale, or to receive a refund.

In the case of exchange of goods of appropriate quality, delivery is carried out at the expense of the recipient. In the case of a refund for a good quality product, only the cost of the product, excluding shipping, will be refunded.
